Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where warranted:

zc888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by a person under the age of 21
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request relating to the account
• Player's request for account closure or self-exclusion
• Account inactivity exceeding 18 consecutive months (dormant account policy)

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, zc888 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately owned by the Player, they will be returned via the original payment method following the conclusion of the investigation.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting zc888 support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied, within 5 business days.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by zc888 is governed in full by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have also read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this section shall limit a Player's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of dispute resolution proceedings.
